There are speculations that the lady has went in for a makeover. But she strongly snubs any such news and reported to her usual array of media and paparazzi that she only took a course in make up at London which made her go in for a more clear natural look as compared to her earlier heavily done up attire.
Things are going great on the professional scene as well for Rakhi as she is selected to play the lead in Shammi Kapoor’s son Aditya Raj Kapoor’s movie ‘Baltidevi’. “I saw her on Koffee With Karan. I saw the appeal in her eyes. I fell for her the way all of India fell for her. I saw the emotion in her heart, which was begging to come out. I felt my script had similar feelings. So I went to her the next day and begged her to listen to my script. She read the script and by the fifth page, she had tears in her eyes. She said this was her story and then she hugged me.”
The story depicts the tale of a harassed Indian wife who is living in South Hall London after marriage. Later when she gets divorced she tries to make the ends meet by starting a Dhaba and introducing the Balti chicken. She soon achieves heights of success and starts taking care of other battered souls like her.
Rakhi Sawant is pretty excited about her new role. So are her avid fans all over the country!
